All rooms have an independent entrance and are equipped with private bathroom, hairdryer, air conditioning, TV, fridge, wi-fi internet (all included in the initial cost).
Outside the rooms there is a large garden of about 2000 square meters with a panoramic view of Lake Trasimeno with a swimming pool and barbecue area.
The price includes breakfast, private/guarded parking, use of the swimming pool (if the weather conditions of the period allow it).
