There is a family owned and run restaurant at the Sottobosco that keeps up with the times and is very popular with both locals and visitors to our marvellous Umbria.
It offers traditional homemade fare using locally sourced ingredients in some of the finest recipes featuring meat, vegetables and truffles from the area.
